Our mission
Our mission is to train and assess bricklaying apprentices and existing unqualified bricklayers in Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying, using a flexible training approach designed to save time and money for both the employer and the bricklaying student.
Course cost for all eligible bricklaying students is free. This training is subsidised by the NSW Government. Eligibility criteria apply, so contact us to confirm your situation before enrolling.
BEA has qualified trainers and assessors with over 37 years of experience in bricklaying businesses, employing apprentices and bricklayers, as well as numerous years in teaching bricklaying. We know what is necessary to ensure that both employers and students can achieve their goals.
We offer intensive one to three-year courses designed for each individual student and employer.

Our trainer
Dean Kenny, CEO and Trainer/Assessor
Dean trains and assesses in bricklaying, paving, concreting and work health and safety. His qualifications include Certificate IV in Building, Certificate III in Bricklaying, Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
